Next Gen

This methodology was all about building high-impact software on wildly tight timelines. In fast-paced, one-week sprints, I designed and handed off design for micro frontends in order to rapidly test and deploy new features. My work balanced speed and quality—translating complex requirements into intuitive, production-ready interfaces.

Leadership

I invested in creating environments where designers could learn, experiment, and grow. I led a team of one, mentoring a junior designer through hands-on feedback and project leadership while shaping processes that encouraged autonomy and creative problem-solving.

In parallel, helped launch the Superssociates group, an internal initiative dedicated to strengthening design team culture—building connection, sharing knowledge, and creating a supportive environment where designers could grow and thrive.

Strategy

On the strategy team I specialized in helping organizations pivot toward more user-centered, design-led ways of working. I collaborated directly with executives and team leads to diagnose misaligned strategies, co-create new frameworks, and implement design processes that empowered teams to move with purpose.

Often, this meant dropping into existing teams mid-project, identifying points of friction, (sometimes becoming the point of friction…) and helping them reset their direction with a clear, research-backed strategy, and POC designs, that balanced business outcomes and user needs.
